• Your postcode; and
• Your answer to whether you own your home.

We also automatically collect marketing attribution data so we understand how you found us. This includes the campaign source and medium, UTM values, ad platform click identifiers (for example Google or Meta click ids), the page you first landed on, your browser user agent and your IP address.

How we use your information

We use your details to arrange your double glazing quote and to contact you about it. In particular:

• We (or our installation partner acting on our behalf) will contact you by phone, directly related to the application you made, to discuss your quote and answer your questions.
• We use your postcode to match you with a suitable local installer.
• We use marketing attribution data to measure and improve our advertising.

There is no consent tickbox on the form by design; submitting the form is your agreement that we may contact you about your enquiry in accordance with this policy.

Sharing your information

Qualified enquiries may be passed to a matched, vetted installation partner so they can prepare your quote and arrange a home survey. We only share what is needed for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are securely deleted, unless we are required to keep them longer to meet a legal or regulatory obligation. Marketing attribution identifiers stored in cookies expire after 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
